How to Start the Best Year in every way
Another year gone and thank God we are in a new year, and with it comes many hopes and dreams. But we know if we do not put into practice our goals, we will get nowhere. Today I want to talk about physical and mental well-being. I’m not a yoga practitioner, and not of a new religion; I’m just a normal woman trying to keep the balance of the mind-body-spirit.
Here we go: You’ve heard of making desires lists? Those who write everything we want for next year? I did mine, and different from all other years just wrote that I must have time for me.
And, it is not much, just 10 minutes. During that time, take a deep breath, eight times and, calm the mind and let go of the thoughts just trying to not think of anything, or think of a beautiful lake, calm sea, flowers, green landscapes. With this light daily meditation, I raise my level of love, understanding others, finish the ego, have more creativity, intuition, and many other health benefits that I am gradually sharing with you.
And also, of course, (this have to do another short list and put in large letters sr sr rs) try to do a physical exercise every day, this includes besides going to the gym, but do a bike ride, walk with the dogs, play with kids … besides losing some calories, the practice of some exercise makes us more happy and beautiful. And to make us more beautiful and go out of the house, I advise you to invest in fitness and colorful clothes like that pink jumpsuit that I loved! Wears very well, and the fabric is very soft and comfortable.
